Paddling from Guelph to the Atlantic Ocean

After Jeremy Shute's presentation on his Paddle to the Sea Project last year, he and his family added another stretch to this ambitious paddle in their re-furbished cedar canvas canoe. With a starting point in Guelph, they are going as far as they can make it.

Jeremy will talk about the waterways they are taking, some of the history, ecology and geography of the route and will share stories and photos of the journey. He is doing the trip in sections, having paddled from Guelph to Niagara Falls in 2017, from the Niagara River to Rochester NY in 2018, from Rochester to the east of Lake Ontario in 2019, and From Kingston to Cornwall on the St. Lawrence River in 2020.

Jeremy will host a Q&A following his presentation.
