Learn about the medicinal properties of plants that grow near the river

Join us on a video plant walk along the Speed River. You’ll learn how to identify some local medicinal plants, which part(s) to use, ideal harvesting time, how you could use them, and in what scenarios they would be applicable. 

Zhyfhs will put little flags by the plants, with the plant name and a number #3 or #5 to mark the sequence of stop, and will include a link to a map on her website. Then, after this 'virtual plant walk’ on zoom on May 5th, you could walk along the river to see the plants she talked about, as a self-guided plant walk.
